I'll give it a try. I played this game a little bit around a year ago. My highest score was only around 4 or 5 million, so you can decide which tier I should go in.

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm from the USA.

My Esprade highscore is 18M, Dodonpachi highscore 70M.
Since I didn't practice Guwange so much yet I don't have a score for it.

I don't know too well what my scores are worth, so put me wherever you think I fit best.

Good stuff, in line with some other low tiers. Low tiers include begginner as well as mid-level players, that's why Freddie and Edge talked about a "Mid Tiers" list, but this time unfotunately we must keep only two leagues... So have fun anyway guys
